Community Guidelines

These Guidelines apply across PVE SERVER HUB profiles, chats, direct messages, events, challenges and staff cases, the connected PVE DAYZ Discord, and PVE 20, PVE 32, PVE 50 and PVE 64. Published server Rules also apply in game.

Use good judgement, follow reasonable staff instructions and do not encourage or help another person to break these standards.

• Do not harass, threaten, intimidate, stalk, discriminate against or repeatedly target another person.
• Do not share private/identifying information without permission or organise others to target someone.
• Do not impersonate staff, another member/player or an official service.
• Do not sexually exploit, groom or endanger a minor. Report an immediate concern privately to staff and the appropriate emergency service where necessary.
• Respect blocks and requests to stop contact; do not bypass them with another account.

• Follow each server's PvE, PvP weekend, event, trader and zone rules.
• Do not use an alternate account to evade a ban, restriction, challenge limit or identity history.
• Do not exploit glitches, use unauthorised automation/cheats, manipulate logs or deliberately create false attribution.
• Do not stage kills, hits, knockouts, building, travel, reactions or messages to farm statistics, Player XP, Chat XP, challenges, leaderboards or roles.
• Do not interfere in a duel you did not accept. A duel exemption applies only to its exact pair, server and active time/score.
• Do not abuse a zone override, immunity role, ignore list or staff access. Report a mistaken automatic ban through a private appeal.

• Keep messages relevant and avoid repeated, meaningless or disruptive posts.
• Do not use duplicate messages, coordinated spam, GIF/reaction spam or automation to farm Chat XP or community records.
• Do not advertise unrelated communities, products or services without staff permission.
• Do not misuse reports/appeals, submit knowingly false evidence or provoke conflict to target another member.
• Do not repeatedly send unwanted friend requests or private messages.

• Do not post phishing pages, malware, token grabbers, scams, malicious links or deceptive downloads.
• Do not post illegal content or material that facilitates fraud, cheating or unauthorised access.
• Do not post sexually explicit material, graphic violence or content unsuitable for the community.
• Do not infringe another person's copyright, trade mark, privacy or other rights.
• Do not probe, scrape, exploit, disrupt or bypass authentication, permissions, rate limits, workers or moderation tools.

• Names, bios, images, banners, badges and customisation must follow the same standards as chat.
• Link only your own authorised PSN account and do not misrepresent another player or role.
• Do not claim staff authority or use misleading official branding.
• Staff may hide/reset content and correct links, statistics or progress that break these Guidelines or result from a product error.

Use the in-service report control or a private Support ticket. Include the member/player, server, time and relevant evidence.

Do not repost private or sensitive evidence publicly.

Feeds and automated correlations can be incomplete. Staff must distinguish confirmed records from likely or unknown causes.

A good-faith report is not penalised merely because no breach is found.

The response depends on severity, evidence, context, history and risk. It may include advice, content removal, profile reset, XP/stat correction, warning, mute, feature restriction, session revocation, temporary ban or permanent ban.

Appeal privately through Support with the decision and any new evidence. Where practical, a different staff member reviews the rule, configuration and evidence.

Repeated abusive or substantially identical appeals may be closed.

These Guidelines may change as community/server features and risks change. Material updates receive a new effective date and, where appropriate, an in-service notice.
