Rules for the website, Discord-linked features and PVE DAYZ server services.

These Terms govern PVE SERVER HUB public pages, Discord-linked member features, automated feeds, statistics/progression, community tools and associated PVE DAYZ server services. By using them, you agree to these Terms, the Community Guidelines and applicable server Rules.
Discord-linked features require you to meet Discord's minimum age for your country. If you are below the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must agree where required.
PVE SERVER HUB is operated for an independent community. It is not an official service of, sponsored by or endorsed by Bohemia Interactive, DayZ, Discord, Sony Interactive Entertainment, PlayStation, Nitrado or KLIPY.
Third-party names, marks, services and game content remain subject to their owners' terms and rights. Your use of Discord, PlayStation, DayZ, Nitrado or another provider remains subject to that provider's agreement.
Member access requires your own valid Discord account, PVE DAYZ Discord membership and any role required for the feature. Access may be restricted if membership/roles change, your account is disconnected, a ban applies or security requires it.
The service processes available DayZ/Nitrado logs to produce feeds, statistics, character lives, Player XP, ranks, prestige, challenges, leaderboards, zones and duel results. Game logs can be delayed, incomplete or ambiguous, so a displayed result is not a promise of perfect real-world attribution.
Ranks, challenges, leaderboards, roles, event rewards and other benefits have no cash value unless a separate written offer explicitly says otherwise. We may correct duplicates, parser errors, exploits or wrongly attributed progress while preserving an audit record.
Active zones may notify staff or automatically apply a temporary/permanent game-server ban for configured events. Event, trader or PvP zones, ignore/immunity lists and accepted duels can override a broader zone only according to their saved rules.
A duel protects only the exact two accepted participants, on the selected server, until the first-to-three result or expiry. It does not permit third-party interference, rule-breaking outside that match or activity on another server.
An automatic result can be appealed for human review.
You retain rights you have in content you submit and give the Hub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, copy, display, deliver and moderate it only as needed to operate and protect the community service.
You must have the right to submit profile images, event artwork, messages, GIF links and other content. Restricted moderation copies or conversation context may remain as described in the Privacy Policy.
Authorised staff may remove content, correct manipulated progress, restrict features, revoke sessions or apply Discord/game-server sanctions when reasonably necessary to enforce rules, protect people, meet legal duties or secure the service.
Appeal privately through Support, identify the decision and provide relevant evidence. Where practical, someone other than the original decision-maker reviews the stored evidence and configuration.
Repeated abusive or substantially identical appeals may be closed.
Features depend on external services and may be delayed, unavailable, disabled or corrected for maintenance, quotas, safety, security or operational reasons. Last-known server data may be labelled stale during an outage.
We do not promise uninterrupted service, preservation of an unfinished/test feature or a particular launch date. Emergency controls may disable sign-in, make chat read-only, stop XP, hide leaderboards or revoke sessions.
Cash, Bank, Supporter Cash and Casino Chips are virtual community balances with no cash-out right. Shop checkout uses the single eligible balance you select; balances are never combined or switched automatically.
A paid catalogue order is an in-game fulfilment request for the selected PVE server. Click and collect sends the whole order for staff packing.
Delivery queues only explicitly approved basics for the next controlled restart; weapons, explosives, vehicles and other restricted lines remain staff collection items, and restricted-only Delivery remains available when automatic delivery is off. After verified restart cleanup, you must confirm that the automatic items appeared or report them missing for Owner review.
A proven pre-restart failure refunds only the automatic-delivery subtotal, while an uncertain result is held for Owner review instead of being guessed. Its status remains visible in the Hub.
PVE Exchange companies, share prices and portfolios are fictional game features. Shares can be bought from or sold to the in-game market using Bank Cash only; they cannot be bought with real money, transferred between players, redeemed or cashed out, and they provide no real ownership, investment, profit or payout rights.
Supporter purchases use secure online checkout and show their price, currency, billing interval and benefits before you approve payment. Only an available checkout can accept a purchase; a listed package or a return from checkout alone does not establish that payment or delivery has completed.
Monthly memberships and monthly add-ons are recurring subscriptions, billed until cancelled. One-time Supporter Cash packs are single purchases and do not renew automatically.
You can request cancellation of future renewals through membership management. If you need help with an existing automatic payment, contact donation support.
Cancellation is effective when confirmed; remaining verified paid access continues until its paid-through date unless a refund, reversal or another eligibility restriction applies.
Cancelling renewal does not itself refund an earlier payment. For an incorrect charge, missing benefit or refund request, contact private Support or the PVE DAYZ Discord ticket system; applicable consumer rights are unaffected by these Terms.
A refund, reversal or unresolved payment dispute can restrict benefits funded by the affected payment. Supporter Cash already spent from that payment may leave a restricted balance or refund deficit that must be resolved; neither cancellation nor account deletion erases the financial receipt.
Third-party links are provided for convenience. We do not control those services' availability, content, security or privacy practices.
Original Hub software, text, visual layouts, branding, catalogue compositions and PVE HUB-produced artwork are protected by rights belonging to their respective owners/licensors. Viewing or using the service does not transfer those rights or grant a licence to reuse its protected assets.
Unless PVE HUB gives prior written permission, you must not scrape, mirror, republish, redistribute, sell, repackage, remove ownership marks from, use as a competing catalogue or feed into an image or model-training collection any PVE HUB shop delivery file, artwork treatment, branded graphic or substantial collection of those materials. Ordinary browser caching and personal viewing of the service remain permitted.
PVE HUB claims only its new creative work and presentation. DayZ item names, underlying item designs and associated game content remain the property of Bohemia Interactive a.s.; other third-party names, marks and assets remain the property of their respective owners.
Use the service responsibly and keep independent copies of content you cannot afford to lose. Community and game-server information may occasionally be delayed, incomplete or wrong.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by the service or a third-party provider. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence.
We may update these Terms for legal, safety or service changes. Material updates receive a new effective date and, where appropriate, advance notice.
If you disagree, stop using the affected service before the new terms take effect.
